Event Tent Pricelist

Rental Pricing (10ft x 20ft)
(Includes delivery, setup, and professional cleaning)

Half Day (up to 5 hours):

*For locations outside the local area, a small travel fee may apply.

Damage Policy

£50 refundable deposit for tent-only hire.
£150 refundable deposit if you’re hiring the tent together with P.A. system and/or microphones.

Customers are responsible for any loss or significant damage to the tent or equipment during the hire period. Minor wear and tear is expected, but repair or replacement costs for major damage or missing items will be deducted from your deposit. Full details will be provided before your event.

Tips for Renting Out

Offer delivery/setup for extra (£10–£40 depending on distance).
Ask for refundable deposit (£50–£100, protects from accidental damage).
If the kit is hired for longer (week), give 30–40% off daily price.
List all items clearly; bundling makes things easier for customers.
